Private beta
Horse document organizer waitlist access for horse paperwork.
Registration papers, Coggins, ownership documents, and vet reports belong with the horse record. Join the waitlist as document access opens.
- Per-horse document drawer
- Expiry reminders before papers lapse
- One-tap share for vet, hauler, judge
- Encrypted storage; export any time
Designed around the documents horse people actually need on file.
Each horse has its own drawer. Upload a PDF or photo, tag the document type, set an expiry — done.
Coggins & negative tests
Upload the EIA Coggins and any other negative tests; expiry alerts fire 30 days out so you never get turned away at the gate or border.
Registration papers
Breed registration certificates, parentage records, and registry transfer papers attached to the horse — and to the next owner if the horse is sold.
Ownership documents
Bills of sale, ownership transfer forms, and lease agreements stay on the horse so the chain of custody is documented even years later.
Vet exam reports
Pre-purchase exam reports, lameness workups, dental floats, and rad images — uploaded once, available the next time a vet asks.
Haul-out & insurance docs
Health certificates, brand inspections, mortality and major-medical insurance papers — pulled up in seconds when a hauler or insurer asks.
Share without forwarding
Generate a shareable read-only link to a single document — no need to forward an email thread or expose the entire horse profile.
What owners ask before they trust the cloud with the Coggins.
- What document types can I upload?
- The beta scope focuses on the documents that help a horse stay sale-ready and professionally supported: Coggins, registration papers, ownership documents, vet reports, and related files.
- How do expiry reminders work?
- Expiry reminders are part of the private-beta document workflow, especially for Coggins, health certificates, insurance, and other time-sensitive papers.
- Are my documents secure?
- Yes. Documents are stored encrypted at rest in cloud object storage and are only accessible to your barn account and any users you have explicitly granted access. We do not share document content with third parties; you can export or delete any document at any time.
- Can I share a single document without giving someone account access?
- Yes. Use the share controls on any document to generate a read-only link to that single file. The recipient does not need an Equimeta account, and you can revoke the link at any time. Useful for forwarding a Coggins to a hauler or sending registration papers to a buyer.
- What happens to documents if I sell the horse?
- If the buyer is on Equimeta and the horse is transferred through the platform, the new owner inherits the document drawer (registration papers, ownership history, etc.). If the buyer is off-platform, you can export the drawer as a single archive and hand it off.
