Private beta
Barn management software is available by access.
Care reminders and service workflows still exist where enabled; new public access starts with the waitlist while Equimeta focuses default discovery on marketplace trust, the Deal Room, professionals, and lightweight horse records.
- Horse records stay connected to marketplace listings
- Documents and records are part of the beta scope
- Direct URLs stay live for legacy and beta access
- Waitlist access opens as the workspace matures
Horse records first, advanced ops by request.
These surfaces stay live for direct access, but public access is intentionally waitlist-led.

- Can I use the full barn-ops workspace today?
- Not by default from public marketing pages. Care reminders, service logging, and recurring service workflows still exist where enabled; the waitlist is for broader barn-ops access while public discovery stays focused on marketplace trust, professionals, the Deal Room, and lightweight horse records.
- Will it work on my phone in the barn?
- Yes. Equimeta is a mobile-first web app that works in any modern browser on iOS or Android, with no app-store install required.
- Can I import existing horse records in the beta?
- Import needs vary by barn, so we are handling early-access migrations case by case instead of promising a broad public import workflow on this page.
- How is this different from BarnManager or HorseManager?
- Equimeta is not being promoted as a full public BarnManager replacement in this phase. The public product centers on marketplace, trusted professionals, Deal Room, and horse records; deeper operations are access-gated and waitlist-led.
- Who owns my data?
- You do. We do not sell your data, and barn-ops access is designed around permissioned records rather than broad public CRM discovery.
