Affiliate Program Terms
Last Updated: March 15, 2026These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your application to and participation in the Equimeta Affiliate Program (the "Program"). These Affiliate Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Service, these Affiliate Terms control only with respect to the Program.
The Program is part of Equimeta Pro and is currently offered only to approved subscribers on the Pro Network who maintain an active Professional Elite subscription in good standing. Public subscription pricing, plan features, and billing options are described on our Pricing page. By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.
Program snapshot
- Professional Elite membership is required to apply and remain active.
- Approved affiliates earn one-time commissions tied to Equimeta's current public plan pricing.
- Referred customers currently receive 50% off their first month when they use a valid affiliate code at checkout.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) maintain an active Equimeta account and active Professional Elite subscription; (c) be in good standing with no suspended or restricted Equimeta account; and (d) provide any information Equimeta reasonably requests for approval, payout, compliance, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Application to the Program does not guarantee acceptance.
- Equimeta may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke participation at its discretion.
- Unless Equimeta agrees otherwise in writing, each individual or business may maintain only one affiliate account.
- You must keep your account, contact details, payout details, and any tax information current and accurate.
2. Current Pricing Structure and Commission Schedule
As reflected on our current Pricing page, public plan prices are presently: Insider $20/month (or $16.67/month billed annually), Competitor $40/month (or $33.33/month billed annually), Professional $30/month (or $25/month billed annually), Professional Plus $60/month (or $50/month billed annually), and Professional Elite $100/month (or $83.33/month billed annually).
Equimeta's current affiliate payout schedule mirrors the public positioning on the Pro Network page: affiliates earn a one-time payout equal to 50% of the plan's standard monthly price. For annual subscriptions, the payout remains the same one-time monthly-equivalent amount rather than 50% of the annual invoice.

The referred customer discount, current payouts, and any public pricing may change prospectively. Unless immediate changes are required for legal, technical, or fraud-prevention reasons, Equimeta will give active affiliates at least 30 days' notice before materially reducing commission rates.
3. Qualifying Referrals and Attribution
A referral qualifies for payout only if Equimeta attributes the subscription to your approved affiliate code or referral link at checkout and the resulting subscription remains eligible through the verification period described below. Equimeta's internal records are final for determining attribution, conversion timing, billing interval, plan purchased, and payout eligibility.
- The referral must use your approved affiliate code or link during checkout; no retroactive credit will be granted after checkout is completed.
- Only the first eligible subscription conversion associated with that referred customer qualifies for a one-time payout.
- Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, reactivations, credit packs, marketplace fees, Pro Insight purchases, and other non-subscription charges do not earn affiliate commissions.
- Self-referrals, referrals using your own payment method, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, and referrals made on behalf of the same household or business for the primary purpose of generating commissions are prohibited.
- Equimeta may reject or reverse any conversion that it reasonably suspects is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with these Affiliate Terms.
4. Customer Discounts and Pricing Claims
Approved affiliate codes currently apply a first-month promotional discount for the referred customer. That discount is applied only through Equimeta's checkout flow and may not be combined with other offers where the checkout flow does not permit stacking. You may not promise any custom price, rebate, side payment, or off-platform discount unless Equimeta has expressly authorized it in writing.
When promoting Equimeta, you must describe plans, features, and prices accurately and in a manner consistent with the current public information on the Pricing and Pro Network pages. You may not guarantee that any current feature, free trial, price, or promotional discount will remain available for any particular period.
5. Marketing Rules and Compliance
You are solely responsible for your promotional activity and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and industry guidance that apply to your marketing.
- You must clearly disclose your material relationship with Equimeta wherever legally required, including applicable FTC endorsement disclosures.
- You may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or deceptive claims about Equimeta, any subscription plan, expected earnings, or the likely performance of the platform.
- You may not present yourself as an employee, agent, legal representative, or spokesperson authorized to bind Equimeta.
- You may not send spam, unlawful SMS messages, robocalls, or any unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law.
- You may not use cookie stuffing, auto-applied browser extensions, forced redirects, fake lead forms, or similar tactics designed to hijack attribution.
- You may not bid on "Equimeta" or confusingly similar branded search terms in paid advertising, nor use Equimeta trademarks in domains, handles, or ad copy in a way that implies official sponsorship.
6. Payouts, Verification, and Taxes
Approved conversions may appear in your dashboard before they are payable. All commissions are subject to a minimum 30-day verification period so Equimeta can review chargebacks, refunds, payment failures, canceled trials, abuse signals, and other validity issues before paying out.
- Payouts are currently issued by bank transfer or PayPal, at Equimeta's discretion.
- Equimeta may batch multiple approved conversions into a single payout.
- Equimeta may require you to provide tax forms, identity information, and payout details before releasing funds.
- You are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, bank fees, transfer fees, PayPal fees, and other costs associated with payouts.
- No interest accrues on pending commissions.
7. Reversals, Offsets, and Withholding
Equimeta may withhold, deny, reverse, or offset commissions if it reasonably determines that a conversion should not be paid. This includes, without limitation, situations involving:
- refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, or failed subscription payments;
- canceled free trials that never become an eligible paid conversion;
- duplicate, self-generated, or abusive referrals;
- breach of these Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law;
- missing or inaccurate payout or tax information; or
- suspected fraud, sanctions concerns, or platform abuse.
If Equimeta overpays you, Equimeta may deduct the overpayment from future commissions or require repayment directly.
8. Equimeta Marks, Content, and Marketing Assets
If Equimeta provides logos, copy blocks, images, or other approved marketing assets, Equimeta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use those materials solely to promote Equimeta in compliance with these Affiliate Terms. All goodwill arising from that use belongs exclusively to Equimeta.
- You may not alter Equimeta marks in a misleading way.
- You may not register domains, social handles, or business names that are confusingly similar to Equimeta's marks.
- Upon suspension or termination, you must promptly stop using Equimeta marketing assets, marks, referral links, and affiliate codes.
9. Independent Contractor Relationship
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates any employment, agency, franchise, partnership, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between you and Equimeta. You have no authority to negotiate for, bind, or enter agreements on behalf of Equimeta.
10. No Guarantee; Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Program is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Equimeta does not guarantee acceptance into the Program, uninterrupted availability, any level of traffic, conversion rate, customer retention, or affiliate earnings. Equimeta also does not guarantee that any third-party platform, ad network, social network, payment provider, or analytics provider will operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equimeta and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Program, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equimeta's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program or these Affiliate Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the commissions actually paid or payable to you under the Program during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100 USD. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Equimeta, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your marketing, content, or disclosures; (b) your breach of these Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law; (c) your negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct; or (d) any taxes or fees owed in connection with your affiliate earnings.
12. Suspension, Termination, and Program Changes
Equimeta may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program immediately if: (a) your Professional Elite subscription lapses; (b) your Equimeta account is suspended or terminated; (c) Equimeta believes you breached these Affiliate Terms or applicable law; or (d) Equimeta determines suspension is advisable for legal, security, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- You may stop participating in the Program at any time by ceasing promotion and notifying Equimeta.
- After termination, your code and referral link may be disabled immediately.
- Commissions tied to conversions that occurred before termination may still be paid if they remain valid, verified, and compliant.
- Equimeta may change, pause, or discontinue the Program in whole or in part at any time. Where reasonably practicable, Equimeta will provide active affiliates at least 30 days' notice before materially adverse changes take effect.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the governing law, arbitration, class-action waiver, and dispute resolution provisions stated in the Terms of Service. If you have questions about the Program or these Affiliate Terms, contact legal@equimeta.co.
