Open Create a listing, add the horse details, photos, price, location, and seller information, then follow the guided steps to publish. You can start from the Selling/listing card on this page.

How do buyers contact sellers?

Buyers start from a marketplace listing. When the conversation becomes serious, Equimeta helps move the important steps into a Deal Room so messages, documents, agreement details, and payment milestones stay organized.

What is the Deal Room?

The Deal Room is the shared workspace for a horse sale. It keeps buyer-seller communication, documents, purchase agreement steps, and eligible payment workflow in one place.

How does payment protection work?

On eligible transactions, Equimeta ties the payment workflow to the Deal Room and purchase agreement process. Payments are processed through Stripe, giving both sides a clearer record than informal off-platform payment threads.

How do professional profiles work?

Professional profiles help riders and owners find equine service providers such as trainers, veterinarians, farriers, haulers, breeders, and judges. Profiles can show services, location, and business details so users can compare options faster.

Where do I manage my account or subscription?

Use the account subscription page to review plan and billing details. If you cannot access the page or need help changing something, contact support.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Go to Support and send the details. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and any relevant listing, horse, account, or Deal Room information so the team can triage it.

How do I log horse care in My Barn?

Open My Barn, add or select a horse, and log vaccinations, farrier visits, feed, and medications on the horse record. You can also upload registration papers when adding a horse. See the My Barn care guide for step-by-step details.

How do care invoices work?

Pros and barn managers build itemized care invoices on managed horse records and send them to owners. Owners review and pay through Stripe checkout in account billing.

How do I research bloodlines before buying?

Start at Registry Hub to browse sire lines and registry stats, then use bloodline search for advanced pedigree queries. When you find a bloodline you like, jump into matching marketplace listings.

How do show bills and submissions work?

Browse shows and save them to your season. Upload a show bill PDF to parse classes and fees, manage horse entries from the show detail page, and use Show Day for ring-side coordination.
