How the tiered fee works

On eligible checkout, each side pays the same tiered fee: 3% on the first $10,000, 2% on the next $40,000, and 1% above $50,000 (minimum $1). This pays for the Deal Room workflow, card processing, and keeping every message, document, and milestone on one shared deal.
