Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you created or used your Equimeta account with Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your Equimeta account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Use either method below:

• Email request: Send an email to privacy@equimeta.co from the email address associated with your Equimeta account.
• In-app request: Use the account deletion option in Equimeta account settings if it is available for your account.

What to Include

To help us verify your request, include:

• Your Equimeta account email address
• Your full name on the account (if available)
• A short statement requesting account and data deletion

What Happens Next

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction records, signed documents, or fraud-prevention logs).
