Is a paid plan the same as the Horse Support Line?
No. Plans include your Equimeta workspace — search, alerts, Deal Room tools, and rider profiles. Buyer services (consultations, evaluations, research, concierge) are purchased as engagements tied to your rider profile or listings. Per-horse support — Aftercare and the Horse Support Line — stays with a specific horse in My Barn, not your account tier alone.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Insider includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers (one trial per account). Not ready to commit? Start with the free Explorer tier and upgrade whenever you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer — contact us to arrange.
Do you offer discounts for youth riders or non-profits?
