Final fees are based on the final agreed price in the deal room. Subscription fees are separate from transaction fees. How the payment workflow runs
The deal fee answers a different question than "what does Stripe charge?". A wire transfer to a stranger from Facebook Marketplace is cheap on paper and expensive when the bill of sale is missing, the PPE notes are in someone's iMessage, and the seller stops responding the day after funds clear. The seller-side Deal Room fee covers Stripe-processed payment, documented closing steps, and a saved record both sides can produce months later.
Already met the seller? That helps you judge the horse. It does not keep PPE notes, bill of sale files, haul timing, payout expectations, and handoff details organized once the deal starts moving.
3% on the first $10,000, 2% on the next $40,000, and 1% above $50,000
Minimum seller fee is $1.00 for Stripe-processed checkout, saved records, and closing support.
Sold a horse offline anyway? You can still complete ownership registration and transfer records for a flat fee: $99 standard, or $49 for Professional Plus/Elite subscribers. This is a records-transfer service, not a deal-room replacement.
If the buyer and seller agree to a holding deposit before the balance, the tiered seller fee is allocated proportionally across the deposit and the balance — the total seller fee matches a single-payment deal.

It means both sides complete the transaction through the supported Equimeta Deal Room workflow — agreement, signed contract, Stripe-processed payment, document exchange — instead of running the closing steps off-platform.
If both sides want the documented Deal Room checkout, bring the deal into Equimeta before money changes hands and complete it through the eligible deal flow. Buyers do not pay an Equimeta Deal Room platform fee; sellers pay the Deal Room fee from proceeds. If the sale is already closing offline, you can still use our ownership registration and transfer records service for the flat fee, but that is not a deal-room replacement.
Yes. Closed a horse sale offline anyway? You can still complete ownership registration and transfer records for a flat fee: $99 standard, or $49 for Professional Plus or Professional Elite subscribers. That service does not include Stripe-processed Deal Room payment or closing documentation support.
A listing is any horse, equipment, or service posted to the marketplace. Included listing capacity varies by plan, and the current plan matrix reflects the latest packaging. Professional Plus and Professional Elite are the seller-focused tiers for ongoing listing volume.
Buyers pay nothing on our side. Your fee applies only on a documented close.
