He has good ground manners and is respectful but does enjoy to be loved on. Under saddle he is a cute mover with a nice bridle handle. He knows his leads, transitions between all gaits, has a whoa, turns around and has lead changes. He tracks the sled like a pro and would be great for someone wanting to get started learning rope. He has been roped on (head side) out of the box, branded, & gathered. He’s been ridden by handy/confident kids, adult beginners to advanced riders. I never worry about throwing a saddle on him and riding off even if he’s had a couple days off. He has been out on ranch/forrest trails in groups and alone. No bad stall habits. Easy to haul, bathe, tie, etc. Up to date on vaccines, teeth and feet (basic shoes all around). He is on alfalfa and orchard. No special maintenance needed. I think he would be best suited for a young, confident teen looking to level up and have a horse they can go try everything on safely or someone wanting to get started in the roping. He would love to be someone’s number one.
