About this horse

Disciplines: 4H, All-Around Show, Family-Safe, Hunt Seat Equitation, Hunter Under Saddle, Kid-Friendly, Ranch Rail Class, Ranch Riding-Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Trail Class, Rider Level-Novice Mary Jane is easily the most people -oriented, friendliest and calmest "toddler" horse I've ever been around. She has been extensively handled since birth by her loving breeders and we have continued what they started. A child could blanket, pick feet, doctor, groom etc. MJ. She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body toward people. She can be bossy in turnout and can be a "close talker" which annoys some horses, so she does best in a smaller herd or a pair, but currently lives in a mixed herd with a gelding, a few mares and a miniature stallion. She can live outside 24/7 or be stalled at night. She is incredibly easy and low maintenance. She was a bit of a tall string bean as far as growth stages so I waited until this year to start her under saddle in the interest of long term soundness. She will be heading to the trainer this summer if not sold this spring. I am listing her as a beginner-friendly project because I feel she would be an ideal "first start" for a young trainer or teen wanting to start their own show horse. She is way more of a puppy than a horse and I would be stunned if she didn't continue this behavior under saddle. Royally bred, she is not surprisingly an absolutely STUNNING mover. I think she would excel in a show home, but a loving home is top priority. She has some APHA points from her yearling appearances with her breeder when she was shown in hand. No vices, no maintenance, barefoot. Regular registry as Dad is W20/W20.
