About this horse

$5,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Disciplines: Western 5 years old Morgan cross around 14 hands black mare located beaver county PA asking $5,000 Trix has been in training since May 2025. For a green horse she is not easily spooked. She has a natural gait that can come out when riding. Ground work She has been taught includes: Lunging, back up, flexing, yeilding hind and forequarters, started on side pass, trailer loading, standing tied, lining up to mount, picking up feet Desensitization to various things such as: fly spray, vehicles, dogs, farm equipment, saddle bags, tarps, water crossings, pipe, plastic bottles, balloons, logs, flag, etc She has nice hardy feet. She currently has no shoes. We have been using front boots when riding on gravel and rocks as a precaution. She currently rides in just a halter but i am planning to introduce her to a bit. She has around 30 rides or more as of posting and will continue to be worked with She has been riding with other horses she is not pastured with and has done great. She has not been aggressive with any other horses in the pasture. She was last dewormed 6/4/2025 and vaccinated 6/14/25. stood good for getting shot and easy to deworm. She came from an elderly couple that couldn't care for her anymore. She was kept as a pasture pet until i got her as a project horse, with the goal of training and finding her a good home.
