The Forward Ride

Good motor, even head. This horse wants to go, and mostly goes about it in an uncomplicated way. Athletic without the edge, forward without the drama. The kind of horse that makes ambitious goals feel possible without making every ride an event.

About this horse

Disciplines: 4H, 5-Panel DNA Test N-N, All-Around Show, Barrel Racing, Endurance Riding, Hunt Seat Equitation, Hunter, Hunter Pleasure, Parade, Performance My daughter bought him as a project to make money for ohset and 4h. Some of the things hes excelled at is ; she started him on gaming patterns, she's thrown a rope off him excessively we've done lots of trail rides, even to the water, however he's watchy but not dangerous. Hes tried jumping a couple times, hes been exposed to cows, he does haunches, forehands and sidepassing but does them in a slow manner as hes stll learning. I'm 43 y/o and ridden a couple times. He will test his rider. He'll stomp his feet Or he will try to take off in a trot but is super gentle if you know what your doing. I truthfully wouldn't sell him if I didn't have to many. I love this boy to pieces. another little thing to ad. Literally a week after we got this boy. My daughter called me saying the boys were sitting on toe pads as they called him. I was scared to death bit he waited for those boys to get off before he ever got up which is another hard reason I have letting him go. Hes such a good boy. Lots of pic and videos upon request. He would truly make a great junior rodeo horse, ohset, or 4-h in my opinion but has had tons of different exposure in the last year. He loves trying new things and loves having a job. Not tire kickers, located in the Lebanon area. [contact info removed] for any questions. Price reduced for quick sale. Need to get off feed bill and trying to downsize. He is utd on shots, worming, feet, was vet checked on 9/11/2025 @ cascadia equine, tangent, OR.
