She did come from a difficult situation, the same as Sherrie, and when she was found she was not in the condition she should have been. That chapter is behind her now. Freya is on a solid feeding program and is gaining weight steadily, though she still has some filling out to do. As she continues to gain weight and strength, her price will increase to reflect her progress. Under saddle, Freya is a good, honest ride. She rides quietly down the road and handles traffic without issue, staying calm and level headed in new or busy environments. She has the basics of neck reining, listens well to her rider, and appreciates clear, consistent direction. Her lope is short, smooth, and comfortable, making her easy to sit and enjoyable to ride for long periods. Freya is safe and kind, suitable for a beginner safe rider ages 14 and up. She does best with someone who has a bit of confidence in the saddle, someone who can give her guidance and reassurance. She is not hot, reactive, or difficult, just a mare that thrives when she knows what is being asked of her. She has a willing attitude, a calm mind, and the kind of temperament that makes her a great candidate for trail riding and everyday riding.
