Measured, forgiving, and built for teaching. This horse has processed enough chaos to stop being bothered by most of it. Won't set the ring on fire, but won't let you fall on your face either. Gives back exactly what you put in - with a little grace on top.
About this horse
Kassis Legacy Bay straight Egyptian mare. Measures almost 15.1 now freshly trimmed on a hard surface with a level, and is still growing. Came from a less than ideal situation in a herd where she was bottom of the pecking order. Not quite where I’d like her to be yet weight-wise but she’s getting there. Clips, bathes, loads, hauls, and UTD on feet, vaccines, deworming. Starting groundwork to go under saddle now, and has a mellow, easygoing temperament; easy to handle, not spooky. ... ( read more ) Had lovely purebred filly in the fall due to an accidental pasture breeding at her previous home. Does have an underbite that causes her no issues and is not in her lines per her breeder (filly has a correct bite); just had her teeth floated. Zero Minstril/Desperado blood for outcross.
