The All-Rounder

Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.

About this horse

$15,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Disciplines: Dressage, Eventing, Hunter, Jumping, Sporthorse Registered with Trakehner Association of North America. Dressage and jumping stars on both sides of his family. Currently 15.3 HH should mature to 16/16.1 HH. Very easy to work with. Good for vet and farrier. Loves to learn new things. Up to date on everything. Registered with TANA as T Requiem (T Rex for short), is by Prelude By Mozart out of Tanzerin PW*M*, a Model mare. His paternal grandsire is the Elite stallion, Mozart, an international Dutch dressage champion. His other grandsire, the Elite stallion, Hirtentanz, is an international jumping sensation and was honored in 2023 as the German Trakehner Horse of the Year. T’s great grandsire, the Elite stallion Axis, was on the British Dressage team for the London Olympics. I purchased him when my then youngest was going into kindergarten thinking I was going to have time for my own horse again. Then found out we were expecting our 4th child. Now with an infant, I am still not finding all the time I want to spend with him. Very athletic and loves to cuddle too. Has extensive ground work and ready to get started under saddle. He has been backed a couple of times and was very well behaved. Priced where he is because he does have a grade 1 heart murmur that the veterinarian says should not impact his career. And we also discovered he has Enthesophyte formation at the extensor process of P3 in both front feet. He has never taken a lame step but just want to be up front.
