About this horse

"Monroe" is a coming 4 year old that we raised from a foal and had planned to raise mule foals out of but we just don't have the time so we are reluctantly offering this amazing mare to a new home. She is a BIG sweetheart and though I haven't measured her lately she is every bit of 17-17.2 hands probably bigger. She has just been a sweet pasture pet up to this point so is NOT broke to ride or drive and is ready to have a job of her own. She has never been exposed to a stallion but would also make a great broodmare! Please excuse her tangled mane I will get updated photos as soon as I get time to get her cleaned up. She is sired by Kidron Road Firestone (pictured) who has produced a couple of foals selling in the $75,000-$100,000 range! This is as fancy of a Belgian Filly as you will find anywhere and she is going to be a GREAT driving, riding, or broodmare for someone! She is seriously so much better in person too! Catch her anywhere, she will typically catch you first and really easy to handle considering her size. Through the Pines Walking Horses Breeding and raising McCurdy bred TWHBEA horses for trail, hunting, and field trails.
