Register to bid at [contact info removed] $10000 starting bid Snickers is a 12.2h, stout built, 9 year old, paint quarter pony and he is sure you be your favorite little boy’s or little girl’s dream come to life! Snickers has been our little girl’s(Lynnlee) whole world for the last two years and now it’s time to move him along to another family and let him do his job of teaching some other kids how to ride while sitting them on the path of many years of success in the saddle. At 9 years old and 12.2hh he is the perfect age to have the experience and the perfect size to carry any size kid. Snickers is responsible for millions of smiles, thousands of giggles, and countless miles and hours of fun with our little girl… all while doing it flawlessly, completely safe and as close to perfection as a horse can get. Even early on before Snickers gave Lynnlee the confidence that she has now, Snickers would tolerate her mistakes with the reins, he would never take advantage of her and was very patient. Confidence comes easy with Snickers as he is one hand broke, he neckreins around and goes anywhere that you point him, he walks quietly but moves out when asked. He has a smooth trot, he lopes nice circles, always takes the correct leads and just floats along slow and easy while on a complete loose rein. Snickers can go English or Western. He has been over the rails and does it with ease. Snickers has been ridden through town, is traffic safe, around cows and down the trails. He is a trail riding machine and will take the little riders safely anywhere that the adults can go… creeks, ditches, crosses logs, picks his way through deadfall or rocky paths… he is very sure footed and is not in a hurry! Snickers will ride out alone, leave the barn behind with no issues, will ride in the front of a group or way back behind everyone without a fuss. Snickers is the same horse whether ridden daily or if he is left in the pasture for a few months during the winter. Snickers is very friendly and loves to be groomed, whether that is standing patiently for an hour so Lynnlee can braid every hair that he has or getting soaked with a hose and scrubbed with a half of a bottle of shampoo… Snickers is the perfect kid’s horse, with his patients, confidence, rideability… do your little one a favor and make sure that Snickers next home is with them!
