Just in time for Show season! This fancy pony is the perfect family pony. Buddy (Small Town) is the cutest pony with that Quarter Horse frame! Registered with International Quarter Pony he Will excel in the show ring, with his amazing palomino dark coat and chrome. Loves children and takes great care of his rider. Currently being ridden by an 11 yr old girl and a 6 yr old girl Just received BEST Costume in a Halloween contest and excelled in a day of fun consisting of Horse games and gymkhana events! Small Town is one cool pony!!! You don’t find ones like this very often. He is unique in size standing 12.3 hands and built like a quarter horse. He has the dark golden palomino color with full blaze and hind stockings. Small town is not only a fancy pony he is a good one. His laid-back disposition, his training and his versatile background makes him a perfect choice for a kid or a small adult. Small town is broke like a big horse. Video shows he neck reins perfect! He is well seasoned in both the arena and out on the ranch for his young age. You want to go do a job on the ranch, he’s your ride. He has sorted and gathered cattle in the desert and in the mountains. You can rope, doctor and brand cattle on him. He will take the kids alongside dad for a day’s work and get them home safe. You want to ride in the arena, he’s your ride. He is smooth and easy to control. He has nice short, collected gaits and rides in the bridle. He will entertain the kids running the cattle up the return lanes during the roping session. He will go thru the barrel and pole pattern at whatever speed the kids can handle. He rides both English and western and has done some kid events. He is excellent on the cowboy obstacle course, handling the logs, bridges, tires, tunnels and gates. Small Town has a laid-back sensible disposition, not easily startled or rattled. He is traffic safe and we will occasionally ride him to town for lunch. Small Town is definitely a head turner and was the choice to carry the 10-year-old rodeo princess in the Tucson Rodeo Parade the “World’s Longest Non-Motorized Parade” which draws 200,000+ people. He decks out in the silver saddle and carries the American flag at different events. He is always a crowd pleaser!!! This pretty pony has done it all and will be a super fun ride for most anyone. At just 8 years old he is in his prime, fit and sound. He is easy to shoe, bath, stands tied quietly and loads and hauls without issue. Small Town is sensible, safe and seasoned and is certainly going to make some lucky family very happy.
