She came to us low on iron and has been treated with iron supplements. Since then she has gained substantial weight and is really starting to fill out. Because of her rough start we are offering her at a reduced value for the time being. She would have remained in our herd, however being a carrier of IMM, we are trying to remove them from our breeding program. Update: it is suspected but not confirmed she may have had an IMM episode prior to us getting her. We are not in a position to properly care for a horse, if she relapsed. I want to be very forward with this information. Please consider your ability to properly care for a horse like this. Currently she is thriving, gaining very well, and happy as can be.
