$3,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Emmy is a Black filly We bought right off the mayor. She is registered. She is registered with the international quarter pony association. She is for sale no fault of her own. She’s not had a lot of handling she would like to be friendly, but she still is very shy. She is for sale due to medical reasons with myself. I can’t really handle her and work with her at the moment. I have a full brother to her that’s older too for sale that is approximately 47 inches tall. I have several horses.
