Temperament & Management
The Easy Day
Uncomplicated and content. Not trying to impress anyone, and that's exactly the appeal. Won't light up the arena, but won't ruin your Tuesday either. Consistent, low-key, and genuinely pleasant to be around - the horse that makes the hobby sustainable.
About this horse
Trail-oriented and sized at 13.2 to 13.3 hands, this 6-year-old buckskin gelding is described as a quiet, calm mount for light riding use. The listing presents him as a slow, steady type rather than a forward mover, with enough willingness to maintain a trot when asked and handle occasional arena work in addition to trail riding. He is also represented as suitable to pony small children or serve in a lead-line role, while still being best matched to an intermediate rider. Management notes indicate he is easy to catch, ties, hauls, stands for the farrier, and is an easy keeper.
