Ruca

About this horse

Ruca is a 15 hand 7 year old Draft cross (most likely Morgan/Percheron) black mare. Ruca is a true black and has an extremely thick tail! Ruca has been eventing at rated events and starter trials and just placed 1st at Full Moon Farm HT at the BN level! The event before that she placed 2nd at The Maryland Horse Trails at the BN level. She has also shown at some schooling jumper shows as well. Ruca is a jumping machine and easily will event at the Training level. She is soooo fun! Ruca has been foxhunting weekly and is great on the hunt. She will lead or follow, is great about the hounds, does water, bad terrain, cars and so on. She is a great height for if you have to dismount in the hunt field because you can get back on her! Ruca is doing all of this barefoot. She is rock sound, has no vices and needs no maintenance. Trailers, ties, stands, easy keeper, healthy, current on basic routine care. If we had room to keep one just for fun Ruca would not be getting sold!
