If you are looking for a great beginner pony with experience, manners, and looks to match, Ringo is your guy! This beautiful 8-year-old sorrel gelding stands at a sturdy 46 inches tall and turns heads with his four white socks and bold white blaze. Ringo has been our 7-year-old daughter Rebekah’s pony all summer, and he is proven himself every step of the way. Whether she is riding in the indoor arena, the outdoor ring, or out on the trails, Ringo stays the same: calm, quiet, and steady with his head down and a willing attitude. He rides Western, bareback, and even drives! He has been safely ridden on state roads, through creeks, and is completely traffic safe. Ringo is easy to catch, great in the barn, stands quietly in the wash bay, is good for the farrier, and tacks up easily. He loves attention and is gentle with both children and adults. Ringo currently wears shoes on all four feet due to the terrain where we ride, but he has strong, solid hooves and can go barefoot if needed.
