Bred and built for performance, Biscuit is jaw dropping in every way with proven athleticism to match his eye appeal and size. He is not only big-boned and well made, but also kind, smart, and gentle. He has great conformation with a good wither and has a good foot. Biscuit is quick-footed, cowy, level headed with a natural feel for his job, and a nice turnaround to follow. He’s soft in the face, moves easily off your leg queues, and has a smooth, collected stride that makes him a pleasure to ride. Biscuit is no stranger to a hard day’s work. He has spent a lot of time outside, working cows, checking fence, doctoring cattle on the wheat pasture, sorted and gathered yearlings, and drug calves to the fire. He side passes to open gates, desensitized to a herd of corgis, cattle equipment, and commotion. Biscuit is a switch ender, finished on both the head and heel side. On the head side, he scores like a rock, backs into the box, leaves flat footed, and gives you the same easy run no matter the setup. On the heel side, he is equally good in the box, stands calm, leaves flat, makes a nice entrance on the corner, and gives you the same consistent throw every time. Biscuit has a big stop and is strong to the horn. He has been hauled to all sorts of team roping events and won at all sorts of setups. He knows his job and has all the heart and try you could ask for, no matter what discipline you choose. Biscuit has a phenomenal handle and adjusts easily to his rider’s ability level with forgiveness. He walks politely on a loose rein, has a steady ground covering trot, lopes beautiful circles, and has a commanding stop. This horse is very versatile, full of talent, and is such a pleasure to ride.
