Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
Barrel racing and gymkhana use are the primary focus for this 9-year-old AQHA Quarter Horse gelding, who is also described as trail-capable and suitable for family riding. He stands 15.3 hands and is identified as palomino. The listing presents him as a gentle horse that helped a teenage rider learn the basics, supporting a beginner-friendly profile for general riding. In performance work, he is still a barrel prospect rather than a finished horse; he is said to be learning the pattern and has been entered in one local jackpot. The seller also reports prior exposure to roping under an earlier owner, though that work is not personally verified.
