About this horse

$50,000 - $75,000 For lease $20,000 - $35,000 Disciplines: Hunter, Jumper, Equitation, Eventing, Dressage, Ponies Would make a great Medal horse for a Junior or take him to the Top as a Jumper. Elvis is the perfect unicorn with a fabulous brain, could do all 3 rings. Imported as a 5yr old after doing a few 1.0s in Europe with a junior. Started slow with one owner in a professional program since import. In the US he has done jumpers, .90 and 1.0 with success with a professional and amateur, and is ready to move up. First class in the 1.10, clear, fast and 1st. Schooling 1.15 at home, will be ready for 1.20s by summer. Elvis has done well in the 2’6 and 3 foot hunters and dabbled in his first Eq class and placed 3rd. He can go in any direction with an amateur or professional. Great motor and big stride. Beautiful jump, beautiful on the flat, lead changes, brave, versatile, great motor and is very adjustable. No buck, no rear, no bolt EVER. Same at horse show as he is at home. Perfect ground manners, no vices, normal maintenance, never has had any vet issues. We have his 5 yr old x rays on file. Recent flexions all good. Trail alone or in group. Flexible short or long term lease options to the right show home. Good home is a must. Turns 9 in July. Price will increase with more showing as he’s moving up. Listed with Fieldstone Riding Club in Moorpark. Breeding- Sire El Salvador jumped at international 1.45m level and is bred out of the half-sister of Glock’s Zaranza (1.60m Grand Prix ridden by Gerco Schröder). Dam Donnavie descends from Farmer (Voltaire), who jumped at 1.40m level and was later active at ZZ-Lightl level in dressage. Elvis inherited a lot of blood via his grandam Nathalienke (Habsburg x Apollonios xx).
