Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.

About this horse

$5,500 USD FIRM Disciplines: Barrels-Poles-Gymkhana, Broodmare, Halter, Horsemanship, Kid-Friendly, Playday, Ranch Riding-Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Trail Class, Reining-Cowhorse-Cutting, Trail Riding Pepto Cashs Snoqueen (barn name “Cash”), is an outstanding example of the color Appaloosa horse people covet. With a bay base coat color, she has a big white blanket splashed with dark color across her hips. She also sports many irregular white markings over the front of her brown body and her black legs. In addition to the wild markings, she has the striped hooves and sclera eyes that are so important to the Appaloosa breed. Cash has some white in her black mane and tail, as well as a big blaze marking her face, with a big star strip and snip, all connected, running from above her eyes to her right nostril. Cash’s dam is from a decades old Appaloosa breeding operation on the East coast that concentrated on endurance racing and show stock, her sire is an AQHA Peptoboonsmal grandson, to give her some cowy athleticism. She has a lot of bone and is stout enough to start whatever work you have for her. Cash tends to have a little higher energy than her peers running with the 2023 colts, but she is always friendly when approached and curious about whatever is going on in the pasture. She is a homebred filly and has been handled since birth periodically. She has been exercised in the round pen, learning to be handled and saddled without a complaint. She has a nice long hip, straight legs, refined head, and correct conformation. She is easy to catch, halter, lead, wash, trim; she stands tied, loads, unloads and hauls quiet in the trailer. Cash is wary about new things but easily accepts them once properly introduced. She will be an outstanding trail horse with the ability to easily cover lots of distance, and she will get lots of attention from everyone you meet. She is one of the most striking horses ever born on the ranch, and one of the favorites, as well. You will not find a better prospect for riding or showing.
