Check out White Rock Saddles on our website or Facebook Peluche is a coming 5 year old Percheron x Quarter Horse gelding standing 16.3 hands high. He is a true gentle giant that everyone can enjoy! Peluche is an old soul with a kind and gentle demeanor. He is safe for the beginner, with the moves a more experienced rider will enjoy. He has the right mix of athleticism and brains. You could hunt, event, trail ride, or lead line the kids around on him. He is sure footed on any terrain, and safe while doing any job. Like his name, Peluche is a huge teddy bear. I don't think they make horses with a sweeter personality. He is polite and aware of his size, yet so kind and personable. He will nuzzle you and let you love all over him like he's the family dog. In the ring, Peluche is simple and enjoyable. Lope around on a loose rein, or ask him to ride in the bridle and do some dressage. He is forgiving of timid or novice rider errors, and only goes as fast as you ask him to. His gaits are comfortable and floaty, and he listens well to voice commands. Peluche has been started over fences on the cross country field, and has been very brave and honest. He has seen ditches, banks, walls, coupes, and more! On the trails, Peluche is a blast! He will cross streams, swim in the river, and tackle any kind of terrain you an imagine. We have taken him out on hunter paces, deep into the woods, and on quiet rides round the farm. He is very used to going off property to lessons, schooling, and of course for trail rides. He is always easy to load up and go, and is a gentleman on the trailer. Absolutely anyone can safely enjoy a trail ride with Peluche! In the barn is where you will fall in love with Peluche. He is just so lovable! He is well mannered, and easy to be around. Peluche really loves his people, and would love to be a member of your family! He is happy living inside or out, and enjoys laying down and sunning himself in the hay.
