She is a minimal tobiano with big socks and 2 little spots. She’s extremely elegant and fancy in her movement and I feel will make an excellent Dressage or Jumper prospect. She is naturally athletic and has the best personality to match! Patty loads in the trailer, picks up all her feet and has had multiple trims already. She has been bathed multiple time, trailered to various places and has began learning to tie. She has been well handled from day 1. Her personality is very gentle and sweet. I believe she will be an incredible sport prospect. Patty is weaned and ready to go! She is registered with Barock Pinto Society and was presented to the Dutch judges where she recieved a first premium and reserve champion filly. Barock Pinto is a fairly new registry (16 years) originating in the Netherlands and is primarily made up of a Pinto Warmblood crossed with a Friesian, though some other breeds are accepted as mixes. About the parents: Sempatico M is one of the most well known pinto Warmblood stallions in North America and needs little introduction to those familiar with the Warmblood world! He was the National Champion ZfDP as a foal and is by approved Oldenburg pinto stallion Semper. His Grandsire, Sandro, was a Holsteiner stallion who also sired the famous stallions Sandro Hit and Sandro Song and has 36 approved sons, 308 approved mares and 27 states premium mares. Semper\'s dam, Imago, is an Elite Preferent rated KWPN mare. Sempatico’s damsire, Samber, is the world\'s most influential and successful pinto Warmblood of all time. His damline also includes VPrSt Indian Dream, who is a Verband Premium mare by the Dutch stallion Ico who is by the KWPN Keur Preferent Trakehner stallion Marco Polo. Lara’s sire, Doaitsen 420 Sport passed away in 2021. He was the 2009 KFPS World Reserve Champion in the Netherlands and has sired 4 approved KFPS stallions, an impressive accomplishment in itself. Additionally, Doaitsen was the only stallion to win the US Equestrian Federation Friesian Sire of the Year Award 4 years in a row! Lara’s dam was a ster mare by the popular Tsjerk 328, who carries some of the highest confirmation breeding values to date. Tsjerk left behind 6 approved sons and 4 approved grandsons before his passing in 2011. Lara herself has been ridden to Level 2 dressage and has been my preferred mount since she joined our family from eastern Ontario in 2021. She is willing, uncomplicated and naturally excels in lateral movements and canter. Lara was inspected with the Barock Pinto Studbook where she received a Second Premium Ster.
