Temperament & Management
The Competitor
Athletic, forward, and mentally steady enough to stay useful under pressure. Has the engine to move up and the brain to stay there - doesn't need babysitting in warm-up or convincing at the gate. Suited to riders who want to climb levels, not just maintain them.
About this horse
Hunter/jumper mare currently competing at 1.00-1.10, presented as an experienced packer with enough mileage to be going successfully with a 10-year-old rider. The listing emphasizes an easy, straightforward ride and describes her as sweet in temperament. She is said to be forward rather than lazy, with a game attitude to the turns and a point-and-shoot style under saddle. The ad also references equitation, eventing, and dressage as possible uses, but the clearest evidence supports her current role in the hunter/jumper ring.
