About this horse

At Auction – Sale Date: Feb 23, 2026 Disciplines: All-Around Show, Beginner-Safe, Family-Safe, Kid-Friendly, Ranch Riding-Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Versatility, Roping-Rope, Show Hack, Trail Riding, Working Cattle AVAILABLE ON ONLINE HORSE AUCTION AT [contact info removed] BIDDING OPEN NOW thru Monday | February 23rd...💎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝓓𝓲𝓪𝓶𝓸𝓷𝓭 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄 💎 *Final price will be determined on auction site* Nugget is an 11 year old 14.3 hand palomino gelding that is very good looking and easy going. He is kid safe and suitable for a youth or novice rider, with a steady mindset that makes him dependable and enjoyable to be around and ride. In the arena, Nugget rides around the way a horse should. He neck reins one handed, will pivot correctly, and rides through a correct circle. He carries a nice headset at the trot and lopes even, balanced circles. He will pick up both leads at the lope without issue and stays consistent in his transitions. He side passes to open and shut gates with ease and is responsive without being overly sensitive. Outside of the arena he is broke enough to ride bridleless and stays relaxed and willing. Nugget is trained to carry the American flag and will also pull a sled. He has been exposed to a variety of situations and handles them quietly. On the trail he is confident and steady. He will go out alone or in a group setting and is comfortable on different types of terrain. He crosses water, steps over logs, and travels through uneven ground without hesitation. He is good around dogs, livestock, and other animals. Around the barn Nugget is easy to manage. He can live out in the pasture or stay in a stall and settles in well either way. He is lower in the pecking order and gets along well with other horses. He loads easily, hauls well, and stands tied and in cross ties. He stands for brushing, tacking, bathing, and is good for the farrier. He is also good around kids and is respectful on the ground. Nugget sells with a current negative Coggins and an up to date rabies vaccination.
