About this horse

Respectable ground manners, easy to lunge, stands to be mounted, ties and hauls well. In your pocket gelding personality. Barefoot with solid feet. No health issues or soundness issues. UTD on teeth and shots. Bear was a trainer’s personal mount (owned by me) in 2020 and sold to one of my beginner clients as I didn’t have time for my own horses. Bear was used as a lesson horse for beginner to intermediate rider levels (western & english) when he was owned by me and did fantastic. Solid trail horse and will go over about any obstacle you point him at (tires, teeter totters, exc.) He LOVES water. Bear has a sorting and reining background, he was owned by a cow horse trainer before I purchased him. My client has sold her horse property and is selling both of her horses due to said fact. Bear has been on and off in training with me since 2020 and just had a refresher of 30 days to be put on the market. Currently ridden in a Mullen snaffle as well as a low port, short shank bit and is not currently ridden in spurs. Neck reins and comes off the leg (needs fine tuning). Bear is not a kick ride or eager to surge off the leg. Low/Mid Fives (xx,xxx) Showings available in person or virtually. Video Album: [contact info removed]
