About this horse

Private Treaty Message for Price Disciplines: English, Ranch Work, Show Experience, Sidesaddle, Sporthorse, Trail Riding, Working Cattle Mr. Knightley is a 15year old 15.3hh Friesian/paint cross. He was originally planned as my low level event horse but life and a child happened. I've been riding him on trails alone and he doesn't mind crossing paths with other horses and keeps going. He would be best for an intermediate rider or someone working with a trainer. My young child has been riding him in an arena for several years. I rode him at the horse expo when he was four. I had done a couple cattle classes on him when he was younger. You can just sit on him in an arena while others team rope and he doesn't mind them running past. I can throw a rope off him but haven't taken it any further. The last couple years I've rode him downtown Minneapolis with the mounted police rides. He's done sidesaddle clinics, ground drives, dressage lessons, camping. He rides tackless also. He's one of those horses that can sit for months and ride off like no time has gone by. I thought I would have him forever but a big move is making me look for a new home.
