Slow, quiet and steady on the ground and under saddle, Morpheus has undergone extensive training for mounted patrol work and is calm and steady in any situation. He drags objects, isn’t phased by flares or gunfire, carries a flag, will stand for hours, and is easy to ride. He has been trail riding across bridges and through the woods, as well as near traffic. Ground mounts as well as stands patiently at the block. Rides bareback too! He picks up all four feet well and is good for the farrier. Can be led, groomed and ridden by small children. Cross ties, straight ties, loads in a traditional 7’ trailer, ground ties, stalls well and turns out alone or with others without drama. No vices. Sound and will pass a PPE. Current on coggins and vaccines, and aged (8 years old) by the vet. Clean legs, good feet, no blemishes. I am his second owner. He spent his younger years working for his Amish family. Respects electric fence, easy to keep, and no food aggression. Video showing his is training available.
