She is currently being **lightly started under saddle**, with her age and maturity kept in mind. She has been handled consistently but not pushed, giving her a nice foundation while allowing her the time she needs to grow and mature. Stormy is easy to catch, trailers, stands for her feet, and has been exposed to the everyday sights and sounds of ranch life, including dogs, tractors, and other horses. She is curious and affectionate, but she is also still a young mare who is learning and figuring things out. She has the beautiful presence of the Friesian combined with the versatility of the Quarter Horse and could make a really nice prospect for someone who enjoys developing a young horse and building that partnership from the ground up. 🐴 **Stormy at a glance:** • 2-year-old black mare • Friesian × Quarter Horse cross • Lightly started under saddle • Easy to catch • Stands for her feet • Trailers • Exposed to dogs, tractors and other horses • Curious and affectionate • Handled consistently without being rushed • Lots of potential to go in the direction you choose Stormy is still young, so I would like to see her go to someone with the experience and patience to continue her education and give her the time she needs to grow. Tests Negative fir Friesian diseases. Serious inquiries welcome. Message me for more information, photos, or video.
