Temperament & Management
The Easy Day
Uncomplicated and content. Not trying to impress anyone, and that's exactly the appeal. Won't light up the arena, but won't ruin your Tuesday either. Consistent, low-key, and genuinely pleasant to be around - the horse that makes the hobby sustainable.
About this horse
Used primarily as a broodmare, this 22-year-old AQHA Quarter Horse mare is described as quiet and friendly in the pasture, with a social, easy-to-be-around disposition when loose. The seller notes that she becomes somewhat herd bound once haltered and handled, which suggests she is more settled with equine company nearby. She produced a colt this spring and was left open afterward, with the foaling described as uncomplicated. She has been saddled a few times by the current owner, but not ridden; riding history is limited to the prior owner's claim that she was broke to ride.
