About this horse

Merlin is ready to shine with his new person! He is looking for someone to continue his education and skills, so a bold and confident rider is a must. Merlin is not a hot or dangerous horse but he does have some quirkiness related to the contact/connection that would intimidate a newer rider or a rider working on their own confidence. He is happy to work indoors or outdoors, does well on the flat and has started some light jumping training, he is an absolute gentleman on a trail ride or a canter though the field. He goes out both alone and in a group and is the same horse in both situations. He loads, clips, bathes, is good for the farrier and vet and loves a good grooming session. He is the same horse in a new place and while I haven't had the opportunity to show him I am confident he will have no problem being in the spotlight!
