Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
Cutting-oriented young stock prospect with handling started, this 3-year-old grade chestnut filly is being presented for cow horse and related ranch work potential. The listing states she has only been saddled a handful of times and has not yet been fully started under bridle, placing her firmly in the early green stage rather than as a riding horse. Reported groundwork includes leading, lunging, standing for hosing, and loading into a trailer easily. She is also described as approachable in the pasture and affectionate with people without being overly pushy.
