Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
This young registered APHA Paint mare is being offered as an unstarted project with a foundation of basic handling. The listing describes substantial early handling and notes that she attended a groundwork clinic where she performed well, with a reputation for learning quickly. She has already been exposed to common management tasks and equipment, including cross-ties, bathing, fly spray, leg wraps, a saddle, and trailer loading. She is not yet started under saddle, so she is best viewed as a prospect for an experienced person looking to bring along a 2-year-old to their own program.
