Temperament & Management
The Competitor
Athletic, forward, and mentally steady enough to stay useful under pressure. Has the engine to move up and the brain to stay there - doesn't need babysitting in warm-up or convincing at the gate. Suited to riders who want to climb levels, not just maintain them.
About this horse
Equitation-focused with prior experience through 1.30, this 7-year-old imported gelding is presented as transitioning successfully into the hunter and equitation rings. The listing describes him as brave, honest, forgiving, and comfortable to ride, with a large rhythmic stride and reliable lead changes. He is said to travel consistently in different arenas and footing, including grass, without ring anxiety or behavior changes, and to stay unconcerned by the jumps. The ad also notes multiple wins from two horse shows and positions him as a competitive prospect for higher-level equitation use.
