About this horse
Maverick is a 5 year old AQHA gelding. He has not been pushed and is a little behind due to slow growing and then an accident on my part. He was started as a 3 year old with 60 days professional training and then he had another 60 days as a 4 years old. He is ready to find a discipline. He knows all the fundamentals and he has buttons. If you don’t know how to ride with your legs and seat then he is NOT for you. He is super soft and is like an old soul to work with. I have done some team sorting with him and he really likes to work cattle. He is in the middle of the pecking order in the pasture and is playful with the other youngsters. I prefer to see this guy go to a good using home. He is bred right to be very versatile. He is sound and PPE’s are welcome at the buyer’s expense.
