Joes Cap

About this horse

Used as both a riding and driving horse, this 11-year-old black gelding is presented as a practical all-around type with established basic handling and management skills. The listing states that he has excellent ground manners, stands well for the farrier and veterinarian, and handles tying and trailering. He is also described as doing well whether kept in a pasture or a barn. Rider suitability is listed between beginner and intermediate, though the ad gives limited detail about his under-saddle training, so he reads more confidently as a general-use horse with straightforward manners than as a fully proven school horse.
