He is a fun-sized, well-built gelding with a kind, easygoing demeanor and an uncomplicated way of going. His registration paperwork was never submitted to AQHA, so he is not registered. Jethro is a safe, practical option for someone looking for a horse that does not require a strict riding program to stay reliable. He can sit for periods of time and go back to work without needing to be ridden every day. He is comfortable both in and out of the arena and is easy to handle on the ground. He has been used at cattle brandings, in the team roping arena on both ends, and at church camps. He has the experience to go to work but is still pleasant and straightforward enough to be enjoyed by a wide variety of riders. At 14.1 hands and around 900 pounds, Jethro is essentially large-pony sized, making him a great size for kids, smaller adults, and senior riders who appreciate a more manageable horse. He is current on teeth, feet, vaccinations, and deworming. Owner is asking $12,000. Pre-purchase exams are welcome.
