Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
Ranch-oriented Quarter Horse gelding with early arena mileage and trail exposure, this 3-year-old is described as walk-trot-canter broke and comfortable riding out alone or in company. The listing emphasizes cow sense, athleticism, and a work-minded disposition, with exposure to mounted shooting, obstacle courses, dogs, bicycles, children, and traffic. Seller describes him as gentle, obedient, respectful, and not spooky. At his age, he still reads as a young performance prospect rather than a finished horse, and the stated preference for a performance home supports that positioning.
