About this horse

Flint is a thick built, 11 year old flea-bitten grey pony gelding, standing at 14hh. He's built like a quarter horse in a small package. He is flea-bitten grey with beautiful reddish ticking. He is very enthusiastic in the arena, very responsive to cues, and has a great work ethic! Flint has a very sweet personality, comes up to you in his stall, excited to get out and get to work. We feel like anyone can ride Flint, and he'd be great for a handy kid who wants to go to playdays, gymkhanas, and out on trail. We'd recommend a beginner work with a trainer to make the most of his buttons. Flint stands quietly in the crossties, can be tied up for hours next to geldings or mares without a fuss, and is confident going over scary obstacles. Flint is an all-around pony that will make a great partner for his future best friend. Our 9 year old son has ridden Flint all over our property, through the water, and up the stairs without hesitation. He follows Oliver around in the round pen, and carries a flag and tarp with no problem. He has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, and farrier. No maintenance.
