Factor The Fancy

About this horse

$12,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Looking for the WOW factor in your barn? Loki may be your guy! 🤩 Loki is a big, handsome 2020 APHA gelding with tons of potential for someone willing to put the time and consistency into him. I’ve owned him since he was just 8 months old, and originally had plans of showing him Hunter Under Saddle. Unfortunately, life happens, and I’m no longer able to give him the time he deserves. Loki was sent to a professional trainer for 3 months as a 3-year-old to be started under saddle. He was never one to buck, rear, or run off. He was also sent to a different trainer for a one-month tune-up this past April. Under saddle, Loki can be lazy and will push his limits until he either gets his way or you push him through it. Therefore, I do not recommend him as a beginner friendly horse. He will do best with an experienced rider who is stern, consistent, and direct with their cues. That being said, Loki has a wonderful mind and a genuine desire to please. He remains level-headed in different environments and is not easily rattled. He has been over creeks, around cows, and through a variety of trail obstacles without issues. With the right person, I could see Loki being versatile enough to go in several different directions. He could potentially be brought along for Western/Hunter Pleasure, Ranch, or simply become a fun trail riding partner. 🎯 What Loki is looking for: A confident, experienced rider who is willing to continue developing him and bring out his full potential. He has plenty of ability and a lot to offer the right person. ❤️ A GOOD HOME IS A MUST. This is a difficult sale after having him since he was a baby, and finding the right home is more important to me than simply making a sale. Please message for more photos and videos!
