Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
Show jumping is his primary use, with experience through 1.35m in Europe and additional mileage to 1.10m while schooling 1.25m at home. The listing says he has also helped an amateur progress from 0.65m to 0.90m, suggesting a fairly rideable horse with some adaptability across rider levels short of a true beginner. He is described as consistent from day to day, quiet on the flat, and straightforward in his jumping work, with an automatic lead change, scopey step, and an athletic jump. The ad also notes trail use, easy ground manners, and uncomplicated show preparation, while indicating he prefers a rider who wants to go to work rather than a novice passenger.
