The All-Rounder

Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.

About this horse

* No, you don't see ones like this every day! * If you've been looking for something loud marked, HERE HE IS! Gorgeous, BUCKSKIN and Leopard! DZS Lookin Pip aka "Pippin" was born 4/2/24 and is sired by an own son of the late, great DZ Weedo, Final DZign (ApHC), and out of MJ Carbonite (AQHA). Pictured here at the somewhat awkward age of 15 months, Pippin is still a stunning colt. Just check out his quality and all of those super cool spots! Pippin is an easy going and intelligent colt. Both his sire and dam have wonderful, people loving dispositions, and I expect nothing less than great things from this colt! He will be so much fun to develop! Pippin has a strong pedigree going back to show and cutting/cow bred horses. He should be versatile, athletic, with good cow sense too. He would make an awesome ranch versatility mount or western dressage prospect, mounted shooting or mounted patrol horse, or just enjoy him on the ranch or out on the trails. He could go in so many directions! We estimate him to finish out around 14.2 to 14.3 hands. He is halter broke and ready to go. ApHC registered with transfer in hand. Color and disease panel tested: E/E A/a n/CR n/LP n/PATN1 and 7 panel n/n. Wolfe City, TX. [contact info removed] Thanks! * Pippin is still intact, but he will be alleviated of that problem this fall if he remains with me. *
