Backs out or turns around. Buddy was started in a cutting program, but didn’t have the gusto for the big league. He then worked on a cattle ranch and was well suited to that life. He has a huge slide stop with cute spins and turnarounds. Makes pretty circles too! He was in training for barrels, but he wasn’t fast enough for the 1D. He would however make an incredible payday/ jr rodeo horse. Buddy is best suited for trail riding, mountain trail competition, 4-H, jackpot sorting, playdays, drill team, ranch riding etc. He loves going around the rail or down the trail! He’s non reactive, easy to cue and sure footed. He’s a pretty smooth mover and walks right out. He’s fine riding out alone, doesn’t care about cars/ traffic. Quiet to tack, bathe etc. The last few years, buddy has lived the easy life while his owner started her family and got busy with life. This is the only reason he’s being offered. We know he’s too nice of a horse to sit. Buddy has always been healthy and sound. Never coliced or foundered. Never injected. He has large strong feet that you’d expect from all his foundation blood.
