Umonia 60, with several FEI-level siblings) is a 16.3hh, coming 6-year-old gelding imported in December 2024 from Ireland. "Patric" showed up and down the West Coast from Sonoma to Thunderbird last year, ending the season with great rounds in the meters and meter tens; he shows good scope with an easy-to-stay-with jump. He needs no real prep at shows- settles in quickly and knows how to do his job in the ring. He's been jumped up to 1.20m at home and it's easy for him! Friendly and kind, Patric would make a GREAT older junior or amateur horse in a program; we've put teenagers on him and he is unbothered. He loves being doted on in the crossties, and is easy to lunge, bathe, shoe, and load... all the things a good horse should do! Not to be cliché, but he's got the best puppy dog personality. All three gaits are comfortable and easy to sit. He's mostly a leg ride with just enough of an engine to make it fun, but has a balanced cadence and big stride to easily make the step. Could equitation be in his future? Likely! Vetted for purchase in 2024, and recently and thoroughly vetted by our specialist vet at the end of the season, with no issues noted.
